The programme is designed to help you accelerate your progress.
The course runs between February 2017 and May 2017.

Places on this course are strictly limited and will be assigned on a first come first served basis.
The Middle Leader's Programme is comprised of 5 sessions covering key qualities and skills an outstanding and successful middle leader needs to demonstrate.
Sessions will run from 4.30pm to approximately 6.30pm between February and May 2017.
In addition, to the sessions you will have a day shadowing an experienced Head of Department in a partner school. This is an excellent opportunity for leadership development and networking with an experienced colleague in your specialist field.
The sessions are on the following dates:-
28th February 2017 - Welcome, introduction and school visits - Jonathan Robinson. Effective leadership - Jonathan Huddleston. This will be held at Chancellor's School.
16th March 2017 - The emotionally intelligent leader - Geeta Patel. This will be held at Mount Grace School.
27th March 2017 - Lesson observation and feedback - Jane Hart. This will be held at Watford Grammar School for Girls.
27th April 2017 - Mentoring and coaching students - John Cordara. This will be held at Yavneh College.
10th May 2017 - Managing People, mentoring and coaching staff, feedback on school visits - Jonathan Robinson and Helen Wootton. This will be held at Dame Alice Owen's School.
