Are you a woman in education who is keen to develop their career and potential?
Would you benefit from tailored professional coaching sessions?
Is being part of a supportive network of inspiring women an exciting prospect?
If so this programme is for you!
The aim of the programme is to empower, inspire and connect women in schools who would like to further their professional development and reflect on their current practice. All women teachers are welcome to apply, as the issues addressed are relevant to all levels of management within a school.
The programme will run from January to July 2018 and comprises five twilight sessions, four of which will be held at Dame Alice Owen's School and one at Mount Grace School. During the months of March and June there will be no formal sessions held, instead participants will meet with a professional coach for tailored one to one coaching. The course will finish with the presentations of certificates.
"One to one coaching with Alison was, without doubt, the best professional training I have had for years. It is rare to get the opportunity to reflect without being interrupted. It should be mandatory for all teachers!" Teacher participant on a programme featuring coaching from Alison Diana.
Please see course flyer below for further details of sessions.
Places are strictly limited. Session dates will be published later.
